Looking for a programming person/team to assist in an existing Ruby on Rails/SQL/Java project. Website needs immediate updating and after the initial updates/fixes, several phases will need to be programmed.

To accept the project, the design person/team must be willing to do the following:

Have a understanding of Ruby on Rails, SQL, and Java
Be able to integrate mapping software into a database to create routes
Be willing to be called when problems happen to the website and have a 4 hour response time
Does not need to be local, but local is preferred
Have a functional design aesthetic
