下厨樂-----牛蒡排骨湯，甜酸雞，蒜茸白菜仔   New window

下厨是人生一大樂事，特別是做自己愛吃的菜。。。

 

昨天去H-Mart買葛煲湯，沒買到，想起網上的牛蒡湯菜譜。於是就買了排骨，粟米，紅蘿蔔，牛蒡。天氣熱，想吃點開胃的菜，正好雪櫃裡還有一個燒烤用剩的菠蘿。甜酸雞塊簡單易做，女兒也愛吃。

以下是甜酸雞塊的做法：

1，雞柳一塊，將之切成薄塊，粘上地瓜粉備用。

2，菠蘿，洋蔥，青椒，紅蘿蔔（本應用紅椒，但沒有，所以找了個橙色的替身）切塊。

3,雞塊下油鍋炸至金黄，撈起用抹手紙吸幹油備用。

4，燒紅油鍋，將菠蘿，洋蔥，青椒，紅蘿蔔炒至出味。

5，將李錦記甜酸醬（我家鄉生産的，吃這個菜特別想家），茄汁，少許水，還有砂糖加進去，煮滾。倒在雞塊上，大功告成。

我這個可以一月無肉，不可一日無菜的人當然要炒個蒜茸白菜仔啦！開飯啦！

女兒長得不像我，但口味和我差不多，都不太愛肉，特愛菜！

順便幫老公做了一個簡單的飯盒。他不愛吃米飯，愛薯仔，所以做了薯茸，四季豆和肉腸。（他不那麼熱衷於中菜，所以基本上每天都要做中，西餐）

今年的獨立日决定不在家燒烤，而去德國朋友carl家燒烤，他家正對著哥爾夫球場，所有的小朋友都去打哥球，孖仔也不例外要趁熱閙，看他們在草地上爬得多開心。

蟲子咬得我的小傢伙一臉無奈，好喜歡carl家的蓮花池，流水潺潺的，拿起酒杯，挺寫意，看來我也要在後院動手建一個了

“別人笑我太瘋癲，我笑他人看不穿。” 小時候看星爺的笑片太多Tongue out。《唐百虎點秋香》裡他借用了這兩句，因此印象特深刻。那時以為他老作，長大後才知此詩真有出處。

這兩句詩出自唐寅(字伯虎)詩集裡的《桃花庵歌》。

  • 桃花塢裡桃花庵，桃花庵下桃花仙。
  • 桃花仙人種桃花，又摘桃花換酒錢。
  • 酒醒祇在花前坐，酒醉還來花下眠。
  • 半醉半醒日復日，花落花開年復年。
  • 但願老死花酒間，不願鞠躬車馬前。
  • 車塵馬足貴者趣，酒盞花枝隠士緣。
  • 若將顯者比隠士，一在平地一在天。
  • 若將貧賤比車馬，他得驅馳我得閑。
  • 別人笑我太瘋癲，我笑他人看不穿。
  • 不見五陵豪傑墓，無花無酒鋤作田。

唐百虎果然不失為江南“四大才子”之一，太灑脫了！現代都市生活中，恐怕很難找到“桃花塢”了。就算有，也會被精明商人据為己有，大賺利錢。

Alliyah went to Yellow Stone National park yesterday with her uncle,and she will be back on Friday. I wish i could go with her,since i Red heart the nature and animals very,very much.
 
I feel so strange without her at home. all quiet...nobody fight for the computer with me,nobody follow me when i go out to check the mail and water the flowers. I gave her my camera so that she can learn to take some pictures.

It's a Lazy afternoon(well,actually it's 7:30 now,but the sun still hanging in ths sky).
 
I bathed and fed my twin boys an hour ago. they were so active. So I did some excercise with them. Maybe they were very tired.They fell asleep as soon as i put them in their crib.  DSCF0014They are all over the crib now. OOps,the flash light woke David up. As long as I gentlely pet his head,he went back to sleep right away. I am so lucky to have these lovely,easy going boys.They hardly ever cry. Their big sister was a cryCrying baby.
 
 
I feel a bit lonely without my funny,bouncy princess around.Sad
 
It's so quiet,all I can hear is bird chirping outside. So I brew myself a cup of coffee,enjoy it with my favorite coffe cup. I found this Bavarian Blue tea set in the flea market.  They are kinda old,made in West Germany,but in excellent condition,no chips or anything.DSCF0001
 
Marilyn inspired me to collect antique stuff. Antique jewellery and beads are her favouties.And I prefer porcelain and painting. You can always find some interesting history among them.

Alliyah's Camping Gear.   New window

Alliyah been looking forward to go camping with Jinny for months. Finally she has a chance to go this weekend. Two days ago,she packed her stuff up for her camping.
 
When I picked up her little Barbie suitcase,the weight surprised me. I was wondering what on earth did she packed. Then I asked her to open her suitcase. She's some kind of secrect look with a grin on her face. Then she said,"I can open it,but don't laught at me,and please don't take anything out of it." That makes me even more curiousTongue out.
ladies and gentlemen,here we go,DSCF0013. There are many things inside that little pink Barbie suitcase. Tooth brush,tooth paste,rubber band and clip for her hair,rubber ducky, teddy bear, turtle,book,some t-shirts,hat and even my photo with frame....That's her ONE NIGHT camping gear. It looks like she's going to somewhere for a month.

I bet she's having fun in the mountain now,maybe starting a camp fire with her YI-MA and YI-CHANG.

自從上個星期龍捲風在溫莎小鎮捲走一百多間trailer house之後,風和日麗的過了一個星期.
 
前天傍晚下起冰雹,到午夜時份演變成雹暴.雹暴來得急又猛,有如ping pong球大小的冰雹打在玻璃窗和屋頂上,屋子猶如被無數的石頭空襲一樣.一開始我以為龍捲風來了.孖仔吓得哇哇大哭.我立即抱起他們,叫上雅雅準備到地下室去避一避.細聽之下又不太像龍捲風,打開窗簾一看,滿地冰粒.才放下心來.
 
老公回來後又笑我膽小.他說如果真是龍捲風,每一條街的警報器會嗚叫.如果警報沒有響起來,証明沒甚麼事.
 
今天的午間新聞呼籲各位居民,特別是Longment和Fort Morgan地區的.要留意天氣,因為今天會有龍捲風,雹暴,大雨,下雪和水灾....Surprised真吓人!!!!!! hmmmmm六月飛霜,難道某處有極大怨情???
 
報導員還補充,很多龍捲風警報器都已失效,有些祇會報西班牙文.一定要留意天氣.
 
每次聽到這樣的新聞,老公都會很氣憤,氣那些政府人員,沒有好好利用納稅人的錢.這些人命猶關的設施,仿佛虛設一樣.他說如果以後一旦有風吹草動,一定要到地下室去.....Wink看你以後還敢不敢笑我膽小.

幾年前在廣州和朋友同住時飼養過兩隻貓,之後因為要離開,唯有將貓送人.
 
近來不少朋友都有小貓想送人,曾經好幾次都有想將它們接回家的冲動.細想後,還是放棄...
 
不能養貓有不少原因,最主要的原因是孩子還小,貓毛會成為過敏源.而且我們間中還會出遊,不想留貓在家中沒人照料.現時家中有一尾魚,兩隻龜.都是易於照顧的.
 
雖然沒有真的貓,假的貓郤不少.
