My M Girl, growing up way too quick, IMO.
My lens kept fogging up so I took advantage of it.
My own border, frame, texture.

Taking my new baby for a spin. Love the wide. Wish it were just a smidge wider. Oh well. Gotta love the world from a different angle.

After a loooong winter I had a chance to go play outside this past weekend. Of course that's the day our warm weather snap changed to COOOOLD. This little guy & his brother made the most of it tho!

I posted about this shot on my blog last night.
It's not that incredible or wow of a shot but it reminds me of the greater forces that have come into my life to make me who I am and helped sculpt my foray into photography.

I feel like such a bad Flickrite these days. I try to be here and then I get distracted-since I've become a photographer I feel like I have gotten ADHD, bright shiny objects distract me from tasks at hand.
:)
Anyway, this image made me smile. Taken over the weekend at a new little location I have scouted with a repeat client. The mom had this vision of a field and her daughter in this outfit and I felt it necessary to live up to the vision so taking her cue I found the perfect field for this beautiful outfit (silk that felt divine).

a wedding this past weekend.
i bounced flash in this ridiculously low lit environment for a night wedding and it bounced against the greyish beige of the high ceilings and walls. i sort of like the warm glow captured here. suits the moment, do you think?
