Basically, my Greek buddy is trying to tell me that in Greece, there are no laws against vechicular manslaughter. Meaning if you want to kill somebody, get in your car and drive them over, because apparently there is no charge for it. This seems false, if anyone has any knowledge on the subject please anwser.

I have an English girlfriend and we are buying a house together in Greece this summer. She already has a house in London. She is an investment banker and will receive her bank bonus just before Christmas and wants to buy a car ready for her move to Athens in the summer. We were wondering if she should transfer the Euros over to me in Greece or buy the car in the UK to ship over. We want a decent sized car in anticipation of babies to come and we will need to be able to use the car both in Athens and London. Is it difficult driving a left hand drive in the UK?

Greece holds a unique record as a country that i did not know until recently! In the first Olympics at 1896 Greece which had a population of 2,5 million won 44 medals which is 1 medal per 56 thousand citizens which is the best % per capita medal record ever. Jamaica which is 3 million citizens last year won 11 medals which is 1 medal per 272,000 citizens and ranked the highest per citizen for 2008 (for countries with at least 1 million population) So as you understand the record Greece has set is extremely HIGH! Can it break?

According to sports Wall of Fame for sports Greece ranks number 1 pound for pound (a boxing term) which means achievements combined with the population of the country and we all know that Greece if you consider the 10 or 11 millions we are we have achieve so much in sports,probably the Dutch Wall of fame is right maybe the most by any other country! Few examples: 108 medals in Olympics Over 300 medals in World Championships of any sport over a thousand medals in European and Mediterranean championships etc etc! So now the question is which one do you consider the most important of the last 25 years?
