I am an established computer consultant in the Central Oregon who ***hasn't*** specialized in the web design/development area....mainly due to a lack of core skills. I get asked constantly for web design/build services and I have to turn business away.

Are you a talented coder who knows html, CSS, PHP, some flash etc? If you hang out in WYSIWYG tools, this gig is probably not for you.

I'm looking for a goto resource that I can partner with to deliver these products to my customers. I already have a very good graphic design firm lined up....what I need is someone who can transform wireframes/photoshop mockups into working sites. Are you weak on the database end things? Don't worry, I've got that covered and can assist where needed.
