Okay, I've officially given up on Wave 1 of bandombigbang because I have a couple thousand words but I'm never going to have anything close to resembling a full story when I hit 10,000 and I probably wouldn't hit 10,000 words by Monday anyway. So I'm changing my focus and moving right on to my Wave 2 fic now, while writing my help_haiti stuff in between. BUT I plan on heading right back to the Wave 1 fic once my Wave 2 draft is done because I really like the idea and refuse to abandon it.

I might as well admit it to myself that nothing I see today is going to make me happier than this picture. You know, unless Rayanne Graff makes a sudden surprise appearance.

You guys can have your Olympic coverage, but other than noticing how cute all the women's snowboarders are (and seriously, SO CUTE; I fell in love at least a dozen times), I spent my free time obsessing over NY Fashion Week. I can't believe they're not going to have the tents at Bryant Park anymore, not like my life is affected either way. Still! They're a tradition.

Yeah, this is kind of a half-assed entry, but this is my 31st consecutive day posting to Livejournal, so I successfully met my goal of posting every day for a month. I'm glad to see the other end of January, to be honest. Do you realize just how long January is? It goes on and on and on.
