A new exciting project ...... where to begin.

We moved in in July and have started renovations to make it our own......a Spanish Mission adventure for me !!! horrrayyyyyy.

What an amazing stair case........simple and captivating :)

Amidst one of my crazy chaotic mad days ......I always try to remember to slow down and do one thing at a time, step by step, patiently, slowly and enjoyably........i would definitely take this gorgeous stair case one step at a time :)

finally i feel like my little house is coming together....

I'll be picking this baby up on Tuesday.....and am thinking of all the lovely little things I can do to play with it maybe sanding it back a bit and adding a lovely glass top :)

Window coverings, electricians, painters, gardening, ebay, ripping up carpet, ordering flooring, quote quotes quotes agh ........on the flip side....lovely lovely shopping.....


 ........my new side board from Orient House.......funny it's nothing like I had planned....impulse on the spot buy ..........but could't resist the rustic finish and the soft to touch sensation......... looks like the home will now be an eclectic mix......... it sounds like a plan ???

My favourite stand....and shop in the world...Papaya......unfortunately I didn't buy anything :(

Ripping up more carpet today in preparation for my lovely new floorboards being laid on Monday hooooooray !!!!

wow......sold, bought and moving in.

I am so excited!!

Have booked in the painter and he is arriving first thing Monday morning, picked Lexicon quarter strength and am thrilled to say that I think there may be Florence Broadhurst feature happening in the bedroom.

Am about to book in the flooring dude who can start straight after the painter as there is carpet everywhere and I am dreaming of limewash flooring.......

Last night I was overcome with an all consuming desire for change......and so today I painted stripes !! I like the change !

wow....this is amazing home is for sale in Sydney's Palm Beach......I adore the rusted gate, the lights above the dining, love the driftwood artwork and also the painting in the snooker room, shutters, location .....dreammmmmmy.

 woo hoo.......a received a phone call last night that my little order was ready for collection so I rushed  out after the gym today with quiet excitement to pick up my latest purchase............after some blood sweat, swearing and tears - I am very pleased with the result.....

this gorgeous man is 15 years old..........don't be taken in by his dreamy blue eyes......he sleeps around....alot ....anybodies bed will do!
