I haved moved my blog to my own server.

Why? Because Blogger has its own limitations, and I hope I can have a more "official-looking" place to blog.

自從去年五月 12 日，我就知道這東西的存在，而且還從頭到尾安裝 Mac OS X Jaguar 測試過了，那時候才 0.1 而已，而有人，竟然，號稱全國首例??

Gmail now has Traditional Chinese! Although it's still in beta, you can still try it by appending &hl;=zh-TW to the login page URL.
You can replace zh-TW with zh-CN to get Simplified Chinese, ja to get Japanese.
And wow, all the helps are translated!!

Gmail 現在有繁體中文了！雖然還在測試版，不過你還是可以用用看...只要在登入頁面結尾加上 &hl;=zh-TW 就行了。
你可以換掉 zh-TW，用 zh-CN 就有簡體中文，ja 就有日文。
而且連說明都翻譯了！

Gmail turns 1

Gmail now turns one, and not only rich-text support is added, but also the Googlers decided that 1 GB is simply not enough. They are starting to add as much capacity as they can. Just go to Gmail.com and see for yourself.

現在 Gmail 滿一歲了，不但有撰寫 rich-text 的支援，Google 的人還認為 1 GB 其實還不夠。他們開始能加多少容量就加多少容量。到 Gmail.com 然後自己看看唄。

Oh yeah!!
I'm back now, with lots of time (the exam is over).
I'll, of course, try to do more things (OMG exeem now has v0.23)
Anyway, I got an iPod Shuffle (this is actually old news), and jammed in 29 songs costing 124 MBs of space...I don't care anyway, I have the capacity of 512 MBs.

喔耶～
我回來啦，而且有一堆時間（段考結束了）
我，還是會試著做多一點事情（噢天啊 exeem 又出 0.23 版了）
另外，我買了一台 iPod Shuffle（這算是舊新聞了），並在裡面塞了 29 首歌，花了 124 MB 的空間...我也不在乎，反正我有 512 MB 的空間。

So, before most of you guys start thinking "wtf is kourge doing recently...", I'll say it first.
Recently, the ripoff commercial emulator CherryOS is out, and the company and developer is shamelessly denying that it is a ripoff, even thought there are tons of evidences around, so i'm working on this:

CherryOS - The big fraud   New window

As I said in my article:

Other evidences that point out CherryOS is a ripoff will be added without notice.


Here are quite a few interesting facts:

  • CherryOS is a MDI app.


  • When you click in the screen window, the CherryOS main window loses focus.
    Apparently, they embedded the PearPC video window into CherryOS successfully.


  • They state that it will format a "HPFS" volume. This is just a lie.
    Mac OS X uses "HFS", not "HPFS", only IBM's OS/2 uses HPFS.


  • The way they create blank disk images.
    There's actually tons of RAR archives with images compressed, and then automatically extracted using unrar.dll when "creating" disk images.
    There are 13 RAR files, ranging from 3GB to 15GB images.


  • nvram. What the heck is this? Only PearPC uses nvram.


  • The way networking in CherryOS and PearPC are so similar. Originally, CherryOS promised to have zero-configuration networking ability, but now, it requires users to do tons of configuring.


  • The AstroAMatro file. The content of this file is identical to PearPC's configuration file. pci_rtl8139_mac and pci_3c90x_mac are apparent evidences.


  • The speed. It claims to have a 80% emulation speed.
    But to my knowledge, when it's running, the speed still feels like PearPC.
