If you are like me then you're totally feed up with spam. I ran across a very useful web site the other day which covers spam from head to toe... includes spam background information, preventing spam info, tracking and reporting spam, anti-spam tools and the list goes on and on. This you must put into your favorites list today. (I did).

One thing I did do early on was go grab a free hotmail email account. Whenever I fill out any form that requires a email address I give them the hotmail account. The only people who get my real email address is family and friends-no exceptions. So if I feel like reading about how to get rich or buy viagra then I run over to my hotmail account....all the junk is there.
