@goldfield,
Customizing the reports wouldn't be possible. Sorry about disappointing you on this front. The 'Sales Report' (Sales By Customer) fetches the customer's name in it. But the doesn't pulls the data such as customer's country, phone number (address details), etc.
To get a detailed information on customers, you need to export the customer data as a CSV file. This includes all the customer details so that you can use it along with the sales report for manual tracking. Later, you can have their address details included to the sales report. This is just an alternate suggestion which might not be an ideal-solution for your requirement.
Best Regards

@jerrybuddy,
As of now we do not have the option to hide the attendee's status list, we will try to provide this option in future based on requests.

This does not work for me as well. Even when I tried to add zc_HdrClr=green&zc_BdrClr=lime it didn't change the colors. Only zc_BdrClr=#0040FF is recognized.

Hi Jeff,
Currently Zoho Recruit does not support duplicate records merging option. However, as a workaround you can find and delete duplicate records manually by yourself. Please follow the steps below.
1. Login as Recruiter-Admin/Recruiter role,
2. Go to "Candidates" tab,
3. Click on "Create custom view" link in candidate list page,
4. In custom view creation page, you need to enter view name then choose view type as "Grid view" or "Summary" view.
In your case, please choose Grid view option.
5. In Specify criteria section, You have to choose your own criteria and save the changes.
Please refer the below link to know more about create custom view
http://www.zoho.com/recruit/help/create-custom-view.html Now, you can mouse over and click on any column in custom view then it will sort by alphabetical order and list out the records. It will help you to find duplicates.
Hope this will help you.
Regards,
Rina

Hi. I discovered a couple of problems with Zoho contact.
(1) BUG. Contact is not saved after editing. If you edit an existing contact by putting a bracket in one of the fields you get the message "Contact updated successfully" but nothing is saved. All updates (including the other fields) are lost. Steps to reproduce. Go to an existing contact and change the first name to "Robert (Bob)".
(2) In the phone number fields you can only save numeric data (0 to 9). This seems an unneccessary restriction. I often want to add text notes alongside phone numbers. eg "office", "workshop", "computer room". Zoho displays an error message saying the data can't be saved. Can this limitation to be removed, please. I notice that the restriction does not apply when data is imported into Zoho. So some of my numbers do have text notes because they were imported.
Thanks, Bob

Hi,
If you had received the invitation from another user/person the event will be added to your calendar automatically. If you receive any email with an ics inline attachment then you can click on the update status link shown in the email. We suggest you to confirm that. If there is no update status link in the email then you can add the ics attachment file to the calendar by clicking on the "Add to My calendar" which adds the event to the calendar.
Please check the same and get back to us if you need any further clarification in this regard.

Barath KR

Hi Vignesh,
Thank you for your response. The updated configuration helped and did the trick. I think it was because ZOHO reports detected the CSV to be tab seperated, although it was in fact comma seperated.
It seems to work great now - thanks!

Well, I've been waiting for this for months now. So I'm going to use entreprise-facile.com. I won't get the automated links I would have liked with Zoho CRM but we need deposit invoices on each and every project we sell so we're not going to adopt a solution that only suggests workarounds on this basic feature.
Hope this will help you work on this as a priority.

I am having truoble with a simple formula also...
I am trying to calculate 'Amount Due' by multiplying Hours_Worked by Basic_Wage...
So, for example: (Hours_Worked * Bacis_Wage) = Amount Due - (10 * 2.50) = 25.
However, everytime I try applying the formula I get the following message, what am i doing wrong?
Error in statement at line number 0
The template variable Hours_Worked is of type STRING. But a Integer Expression was expected

Hi,
Kindly do a site level change and then republish your site once again. E.g. Click Show/Hide caption in the drop down of wrench icon and again change it to original state. Now, publish your site.
Check the attached image for reference. Hope this workaround works for your site.
If you still face any problems, write back to us.

Hi,
We understand your requirement.
In Zoho Recruit when you add/edit a candidate detail and if the candidate email id already exists in the database, then an alert will be prompted immediately.
Note: This will not work in Bulk update

Rina

Hi Chris,
Again sorry for making you wait for a long time and appologize for posting the same old answer. Unfortunately the release got delayed due to few unexpected issues that we encountered during the DOCTYPE implementation & testing. We are now very close to convergence. With the current visibility we are targeting to release this in the 2 - 4 weeks time. Will definitely keep this forum thread posted once the release is done.
We thank you for all your patience. I will post a good news soon.

Sorry to disappoint, UDF is not yet supported in ZOHO Sheet. We do have this feature in our roadmap.

"If the item name and the project/task/staff name is same, the system will not identify & associate the items to the respective accounts. Instead, they will be associated to the default "Sales" account. You could check this by getting into the "Chart Of Accounts" >>> "Income" >>> "Sales" account. "

@andreaac76,
Thank you for posting your request.
The Zoho Books system selects "Sales" account as the default income account (Chart of Accounts) when you create items. However in the item creation screen, we allow you to select a different income account.
But while creating invoices from the projects (via 'Time Tracking' module), the system fetches the tasks/projects/staffs as items. In this case, the items would be added to the default "Sales" account. Unfortunately, there's no option to change the default (sales) account.
Note : If the item name and the project/task/staff name is same, the system will not identify & associate the items to the respective accounts. Instead, they will be associated to the default "Sales" account. You could check this by getting into the "Chart Of Accounts" >>> "Income" >>> "Sales" account.
Having said that, we've forwarded your request to our development team for further discussions. We'll keep you posted with the updates as we make progress.
