Well OK... I'm not the greatest at writing them but I have a lot of fun designing them. Here's the first set I finished! I plan on printing them a little later in the year, so if there's one you really dig, you're in luck.

Inside: "Because they're a real pain in the neck!" (haha... get it...?)

Inside: "You can oriole my woodpecker any day!"

Inside: "Like you."

Inside: "So far, all I've got is this card..."

Inside: "They really really do!"
Once again... Never said I was a great card writer...

Something I don't do too often is make jewelry... but every now and then I get it in me to be a crafty bastard. I made these bad boys after finding a pair on Etsy similar that I really wanted...

....but really didn't want to spend $80 on. That sort of thing happens to me now more than ever, the whole "well I can just make that" mentality. So I did! And I'm as surprised with the result as a pregnant nun! And I did it all for under $20! TAKE THAT CONSUMER MARKET!
These bad boys are made of fancy feathers I got from Michael's... not from the craft feather section, no. From the floral arrangements section because apparently that's the only way to buy really nice feathers from Michael's. The feathers are Pheasant, rooster and some kind of marabou... Topped of with some nice Ribbon and beads, attached to fancy silver earring thingies.

That said, I'm considering making more and selling them at a slight markup of around $40 because they took a very long time to make well. :D

Polar bear love...
Green Day love...
Been going through my sketchbook finding things I really like and coloring them for the sake of getting back into a working groove. The snow storm has had me not in any kind of mood to work lately.... Three+ illustrations in a day... I'd say that's pretty swell!

Been a little while. Sort of getting back into the flow of classes and all that. Finally on top of things... felt like doing some digital doodling. I discovered by fluke a technique that reminds me of highschool days and scratch boards. Oh Memories.
Hmm. That's all for now.

Some fish...
Been trying to teach myself some different ways of using photoshop....Though now that I realize it I colored them a little backwards as far as color theory goes. Oh well... it's pretty... and it's 4:00A.M. My daily illustration quota is done. Merry Christmas! :D

In the green dress. Just as enamored with the magic as a 5 year old would be, I've been obsessed with The Princess and the Frog. As such I decided that I'd like to start doing a series of Disney princesses because...well, because they're fun to draw. :D
Next is probably Giselle.

Thank you SOOO much for taking the time out to grab something of mine at this year's Art Market. If you didn't get what you really wanted, fear not! I plan on making more things available as soon as I figure out the best option for an online store. Thanks to you guys I now know I can make stuff that people want to buy! You've truly helped me out more than you know.
Thank you so much for the support!

Ok. So. I've always been somewhat obsessed with pokemon. Even as a 21 year old, I still find myself excited about the next handheld game. (Pokemon Heart Gold ALL THE WAY!). Every now and then I am stricken with the desire to draw the cute little bastards.
I've been exploring line-less art for a while now, but I think I've finally come to the point where I've found my style with it. And to better illustrate that point, I bring you the one, the only water based turtle squirrel, Squirtle ! (who is also coincidentally the character that I am in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue team rescue, hence the blue bandanna)
I did a charmander and pikachu as well in this style, but I don't really like them as much as this little guy. I'm thinking of maybe undertaking the challenge of drawing if not all, most of the pokemon from the original 150 series. Let the pokegames begin!!
