I've moved onto greener pastures, a friend and I have been tweaking this idea for quite some time, we have finally bitten the bullet and done something about

The site won't appeal to most of you (Especially those of you who lovingly referred to me as "fucktard" and "muppet"), but I've mostly had enough of you grown-ups who won't share your toys.

Not to say that I paint you all with that brush, far from it, I really enjoy having somewhere to throw my ideas around. I'm not bitter, not at all, I am grateful for the time here.

I haven't even stopped blogging just moved into a more... specialised area.

So visit us if you want, check us out, we're not naming names, were not being hunted by the MSD, as far as I know Google loves us and we won't tell if you smack your child.

You should come and visit us, you don't know who I've arranged to be guest writers, for that matter you don't know where I'll be popping up again.

I guessing many, if not all of you will know someone with a disability, you could point them to our new site, do them a favor.

Anyway, I'll keep this page up for a few days more and after that I'll just send you straight to the archives page.

so visit us:

Write Disability

I've made no secret of the fact I have a disability but I haven't written specifically about disability, so as the Walrus said, "The time has come".

10% - 15% of the population have disabilities, that's the same demographic as the Maori party; so what I'd love to see is a "Crip" party (I can say Crip, you can't na na na na).

The major hurdle is that there is no one unified voice, the Maoris whinge about being discriminated against, well "we" didn't even get human rights until 1994! Well that and the fact that the debating floor of Parliament is not accessible to someone in a wheelchair.

Who did Hitler put into concentration camps BEFORE Jews and gays? Yip Crips... Who was sexually sterilised until; well lets not kid ourselves, it still goes on... Yip, Crips.

Probably the biggest "problem" I have is not my disability but instead it is the way you normal people treat me. This may surprise you but I am not talking about the 13 year-old wannabe on his cool push-bike. I am talking about those who hide their discrimination behind political correctness, those are by far the most poisonous people.

You see; you guys think we are idiots and don't notice anything, but we do. We can spot a PC plonker about 200 metres away, these are the people that have trained their bodies to say, Welcome, Kia ora, Talofa lava; yet their eyes are saying, get me the #%$#%^@@! out of here!

They know how to make all the right sounds, but they placed you in the "Spastic" basket as soon as they saw you. But make no mistake, they'll PRETEND you are just as important as any other person and hear you out, but their mind is set harder than year-old concrete.

Don't even get me started on jobs!

PC Plonkers are generally the easiest people to manipulate as their main goal is to get rid of you as soon as possible (yes, shock horror: we manipulate too, sometimes too well, but that's another story).

Then you get what I call the "Optimistic Pessimist", these people are the "Fresh meat" of the disability world. These are well meaning folk, all they want to do is help, but in their zeal they usually wear themselves down, they tend to hide their ability to say "NO" in the same place they have hidden their biases, so when one comes out, eventually the other does to.

Then you get the Bloodhound. I call them bloodhounds because they seem to have an uncanny knack of finding paid work in the disability sector. These people are so ardent, even though they are not disabled, they see anyone with a disability as a brother, at least, until the pay stops. They then morph back into into PC Plonkers.

This is quite cathartic!

Now onto the next category: The Wall Flower. These are interesting people, they watch you, unnoticed, then eventually work up the courage to approach you. These people usually make good friends, but the thing is that their shyness wears off and they tend to move on, but Wall Flowers I've met have turned into life-long friends, but, somewhat ironically, they can go either way.

I've left this one till now, because this is just so obvious, I don't really have a name for them but they infect every level of society and effect disabled and non-disabled alike, These people fall into one or all of these categories, they are either immature, under-educated, "just plain bad" or trying to impress their "mates". These are the wonkers that speed up when you're crossing the road, yell out of car windows at you and generally do their best to try to make you notice them.

Just so you don't think I'm too heartless I'll add this category; the Good Guy. The Good Guy is a friend, a mate and a rare find. Someone who will tell you what they honestly think and expect you to do the same to them. These people are almost as good as family... but some people have problems with family too...

Oh yeah, another whinge: How many "feminists" do you see with disabled husbands? The masogynistic, evil men become strangely attractive when compared to their disabled peers. I've always thought it interesting that for everything but choosing a mate feminists scream about "Glass ceilings" and "Pay rates" put in place by their sexist enslavers. I guess Darwin did have a good point.

1933_florin (38K)

Minted by the Royal mint for New Zealand; pure history, the first ones!

Prior to 1933 New Zealand was being flooded by smuggled coins from Britan (the same currency as we used), so Parliament instated the Coinage Act 1933; with the passing of the Coinage Act, New Zealand committed to minting our own coins.

These coins comprised 50 percent Silver, which halted in 1946, after 1946 coins comprised only 3 percent silver.

This coin is in a large, silk-lined padded case, with a crushed velvet exterior.

If you are interested in buying this coin, E-mail me.

Is assistant Police commissioner Clint Rickards guilty or not guilty? You'd think that was still at question, but it is not.

The judge & jury have already found Rickards innocent, the woman that claimed she was raped

was wrong, mistaken, at worst a blatant liar; you decide which one fits best. Her reason for naming Clint Rickards? She vaguely recalled I guy named Clint being there and he had tattoos on his arm (Both descriptions fit Clint Rickards).

In wades Prime Minister Helen Clark into the court case and states, "She doubts group sex with a troubled teenage girl could ever be consensual" equates Rickards with convicted murderer Graham Burton who killed a man while he was in violation of his parole conditions; maybe Rickards was a friend of similarly exiled Ex-Police commissioner Peter Doone?.

But I have two issues; particularly regarding Clark's tirade against Rickards.

My first point is this: Clark voted for a law that legalised prostitution, now for any one over the age of 18, Clark has no problem with that person having group sex with people of any age; provided they pay for that sex.

I don't think she should comment on this case at all, she has prejudiced any chance Rickards has of re-employment, probably ensuring a "Golden Parachute" and a loss of a cop who has the reputation of getting things done.

My second point must be prefaced by saying it is alleged, but it speaks to moral behaviour just as loudly.

That is allegations made by journalist Ian Wishart, that Minister of Social Development (MSD - the ministry responsible of the Child , Youth & Family Service) David Benson-Pope. Wishart has taped evidence of MSD minister David Benson-Pope being heavily involved in a Bondage and Sexual Masochism (BDSM) group called Southern Kinx (he went by the nickname of panty slut boy). It is alleged Benson_Pope frequently partook in sexual fantasies about discipling children.

It astounds me that a Prime Minister that is so keen to comment on social justice has not stood down Benson-Pope pending a full and proper (not a Ingram report-type farce) investigation.

CYFSWATCH is back

They have a nice new domain: http://www.cyfswatch.org, which should stop the need to change bookmarks.

Why do I have an interest in CYFSWATCH?

Well, for reasons I'd rather not go into I have witnessed the effects of the ad hoc approach to child protection in this country and if it wasn't for the maturity of many fathers, the mothers would still be wrecking their egotistical child-abuse. You see, I know this is far from a politically correct view, but the vast majority of mothers out there will quite happily use "their" children to punish their errant love.

We use vaguely romantic phrases like, "Hell hath no fury like a woman spurned" or "a crime of passion", but call it what it is; child abuse.

The media love stories like, "Father kills children", certainly that is a crime and certainly it is horrible. But you have to ask yourself, "Can't psychological scars be just as damaging"?

How many children have grown up never reaching their full potential for fear of angering their mothers, or repressed their real feelings because they don't want to shame their mothers?

In my opinion, if Sue Bradford seriously wanted to help children in New Zealand, she could introduce a bill to repeal whatever misguided piece of legislation that let CYFS hire unqualified social workers; that would be a good start.

After that she should introduce a bill that explicitly excludes sexual deviants from becoming the minister responsible for the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), the Ministry responsible for CYFS (read panty slut boy & panty slut boy II). A minister that involves himself in sexual fantasies about punishing children is about as safe as patting a rabid Pit Bull Terrier.

I know a lot of wierdos point to "free speech", especially when they want to abuse that notion. But in the case of CYFSWATCH I think it really is an issue of free speech. I think most of the reason MSD have bent over backwards to crucify the CYFSWATCH blog isn't out of a mythical notion that they want to protect their "social workers", In my opinion it has more to do with not wanting to look so bad to the rest of the world.

But I am sorry MSD & CYFS; UN reports and OECD figures already do that.

<sycophancy>

I must preface this entry by saying it is all entirely my opinion, please don't strong-arm Kiwi online to shut me down, the Ministry of Social Development rules and Google is the best, I absolutely reject any kind of assassination and I would never dream of smacking a child/adult/tree/whale.

Hat tip: CYFSWATCH

Well they are back on Google, but only for now, here's what CYFSWATCH have to say.

Where has www.cyfswatchnz.wordpress.com gone?

CYFSWATCH NZ are currently in a none too subtle game of "whack-a-mole" with the Ministry of Social Development, the Ministry responsible for CYFS. It seems as if there are some very motivated Government individuals who are determined to remain unaccountable to the NZ public about their gross abuses of children and families in New Zealand.

We have posted this page here to advise our readers that:

1/ The entire blog content has been saved, and so can be re-published, anywhere, at any time.

2/ We are at this stage unsure of what transpired over at wordpress. We did not delete the blog. We have contacted wordpress and asked if they can advise us as to what did happen.

3/ If it wasn't wordpress who deleted the site, then we have to surmise that an external party was responsible for the act.

4/ This message is posted on blogger for convenience. We do not intend re-launching the blog on Google.

Contact us at cyfswatch@hotmail.com if you have any more questions.

UPDATE:

March 1st, 2007 at 9:35 am

From: CYFSWATCH

CYFSWATCH emailed wordpress in order to ascertain what had happened to the CYFSWATCH blog. What follows is what we believe is a somewhat chilling and eerie reply: it looks as if someone in the NZ Government leaned very, very heavily on wordpress - we have asked for a more detailed explanation, as it does not appear that we breached any of the TOS.

The power and influence the NZ Government is exercising in the jurisdiction of other countries regarding the cyfswatch blog seems truly frightening - we are starting to feel as if we are residents of North Korea.

From wordpress:

Hi,I’m sorry but we were advised that we had to remove the blog.

There was no room to move on that.

We do believe in free speech but in this case we had no options. Sorry….-Mark

One thing I like to do, is lay on my couch and listen to the Question and Answer time in the New Zealand Parliament; for that day.

For those that don't know about the New Zealand parliamentary system (I have been visited from over 140 countries), the "Speaker of the house" is like a chairman in a standard meeting, they have the final say and basically run the "meeting".

I am amazed by the speaker of the house, Margaret Wilson, she seems to allow the flimsiest of answers from her Labour colleagues. she is not a good chair, in fact I think she lacks authority and is hugely biased towards her Labour party.

I believe her poor "chairing" is responsible for a lot of the unruly behaviour that occurs. Not because she allows childish behaviour; she doesn't, but more that she, in my opinion, allows blatantly favouritism.

She allows blatant politically grand standing (Predominantly from her socialist buddies) and always seem one step away from losing her rag and run out of the chamber screaming.

Absolutely no surprise to learn that Sue Bradford did smack her children. I have seen her in action, on television, physical resisting arrest, slapping policemen/women, screaming and even spitting. Some nice person at TVNZ or TV3 should hunt down the footage from their archives and post it on YouTube.

The death of a P C: I cried in anguish over your digital death, But what caused your controller to fry, Was it Virii, Hardware or your advancing old age, The question still hangs; why did you to die? What was it that prompted your blank, lonely, stare, And why the menacingly droll final gasp, When you passed on to your binary plane, What was it that that made your beep rasp? You teased me by showing a non-existant back-door, But you weren't going to give me that joy, Instead you led me by the ring in my nose, Why did you discard me like a unwanted toy? You have won this battle my darling, Just look and see the pout of my lip, But the war is not yet over my love, As I'll see your corpse in the tip.

The National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) is the framework setup by the New Zealand Qualification Authority (NZQA) to mark the end of a secondary student's education.

A student works ferverishly throughout the year to produce high quality, meaningful and educated answers...

Well that is the theory; in actuality there are guesses made that would make the wildest African elephant look tame!

Feast your eyes on some actual answers handed in after NCEA tests.

I totally agree with you, Sue get your condesending mind out of our political system, I heard a quote this morning (22/02/07) on the radio saying that “she has never hit her children” well I have to say different.

When Sue was starting her life, working at the Auckland People’s Center (1992ish), she would often bring her kids into work. When they ran wild (as they often did) she would smack them really hard where-ever her hand would make contact, not just the smacking but yell at them (even though they were less than one foot from her mouth).

Isnt it ironic that someone that shows such a dislike towards smacking is the one that was smacking her own kids??

Also her hate against the gay community runs really deep with her also, so anything that she says about how much she likes them is a load of bullshit too.

DO NOT TRUST HER AT ALL SHE IS DANGEROUS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN A POSITION OF POWER!!

Hat tip: CYFSWATCH blog

The media has had a field day with the so-called "death threats" against Green's MP Sue Bradford. Readers of this blog will be very aware as to why Bradford was discussed on the CYFSWATCH blog.

In regards to telling the difference between an assault and a smack, the writer of the blog entry states:
Since Sue cannot tell the difference, I would like the opportunity to drive my fist straight into her face as hard as I can, hopefully breaking her nose or jaw in the process. As she is lying on the ground, blood and mucous pouring profusely from her nose and mouth, I would then give her a light smack on her substantial arse, and ask her "Now Sue, is the difference a little more clearer to you?".
Personally I think that makes an excellent point, rather humourously too. But that wasn't the "death threat".

It was:
Bradford is a worthy candidate for NZ's first political assassination - I only wish I had the resources to do it.
It's easy to see that the statement is extreme, but it makes no INTENT of killing Bradford, in fact, in light of the first quote it is fairly easy to see that the writer is merely voicing a strong disapproval of Bradford's actions.

I opine that Bradford's "alarm and concern" was designed to give her political mileage.

But quoting the "death threat" like that, somewhat out of context, is what Bradford and the media have been doing all along.

As CYFSWATCH planned for, Google has removed CYFSWATCH, but CYFSWATCH is back again.

Here's the "offending" post, I have included it in its entirety because I think it is important to see how it has been misrepresented and speaks to the heart of free speech.
I have just viewed the interview on TV with Sue Bradford and her Bill to ban smacking.

She looked mentally ill and sounded delusional - her equating a rugby tackle with assault was an indication of just how unwell this woman really is.

Such a cognitive distortion is evidence of historical psychological trauma, most likely related to either sexual abuse or rape.

Sue sees no difference between a parent smacking their children, and the awful assaults that have been perpetuated on children that are now dead.

If ever someone needed a beating, it is this sociopathic witch.

She is projecting her own allergy to correction or any form of discipline onto the families of New Zealand, so that our kids can end up as sick as she is.

Bradford is a worthy candidate for NZ's first political assassination - I only wish I had the resources to do it.
These comments left David Farrar's blog make an excellent point.

"Culma" wrote:
I suggest the police go hard on this, when they catch up with the persons involved throw the book at them, do a background check on them to find out what their affiliations are to the green party! (cause this stinks of an internal set up and a poor one at that!)
And "Andrew Davies" replies:
Culma has a point. These threats may not be what they seem.

Someone involved in the homosexual law reform campaign once told me a favourite and most effective tactic was to put out press releases in the name of those opposed to the reform. The idea was to make them look rabid and unhinged. Remember the over the top statements made in the name of groups like "Catholic Action" which was never heard of before or since.

This tactic seems to have continued ever since whenever a similarly contentious bill is being debated right up to the homophobic bumper stickers supposedly put out by Presbytarians opposed to ordaining gay priests.

I suggest we treat these threats (as hideous as they are)cautiouslly until the police can get to the bottom of it.
