I am parting out a JD LX172 riding mower. It has a Kawasaki FC420V 14 hp engine that runs good. I would like $200 for the engine. The mower deck on it is also good, I'd like $100 for it. If you buy one new you would pay at least 4 times that much. The hood, seat and tranny are no good. If you want anything else off of it I will make you a deal. The wheels and tires are in pretty good shape too. Rear tires are Carlisle Turf Saver 20x10.0-8's. Also, the engine will fit several models of JD mowers like a 170 and 175. I bought this tractor several years ago from a friends extate sale. Its in pretty nice shape overall, and mows well, and looks good. Heres the bad news tho, i think it needs a bearing replaced in the engine. It still runs, but after running a while it occasionaly seems to labor like a main bearing is trying to sieze up or something. Im not sure. No smoke or rattles etc, and only did it a couple times briefly. so i parked it not wanting to risk damaging it until i had time to look into the problem. Im pretty sure i have the right engine side panel still. I took it off to install the non oem exhaust as the original one was getting pretty bad from age. It has sat unused for a year now. Kohler cast iron engine, and is about 46"? cut. To many projects and to little time. First 500 cash takes it home. I can load it for ya. Thanks

i have a 2008 John Deere riding mower it is a 19.5 horse, its the LA105 series. its a 42" cut. it has 76 hours on it, its a 5 speed with reverse, electric start. the oil has been changed when it was recommened. the trailer is a 5x8 mesh floor with ramp gate. it was only used to pull the mower around. the max load capacity on the trailer is 1,200 lbs the trailer is also a 2008. i will sell both for 1500 no seperation. if you have any questions please call Ray at 316-323-8976 thanks

I am parting out a John Deere LX172 mower. The engine runs good and will also work on JD models 170, 175 and GT262. It is a Kawasaki model FC420V and I just cleaned the carburetor on it.
