I need someone who can find out why my website takes so damn long to load and fix it for me. Pay can be negotiated.

I seek a Joomla! expert to help me develop a deeper understanding of various aspects of Joomla! and related aspects of site design. A few example areas to provide an idea:

• Understanding and deftly using Firebug to troubleshoot problems, then customizing template.css or other files accordingly
• Connecting web pages to form-fed databases and outputting user-friendly web documents to view and share the data
• Optimizing a Joomla! site for maximum efficiency, learning how to cull the crap and run lean and mean, integrating sprites into a site, etc.

I would love to find a someone who is not only a technical expert, but also a great teacher. I will provide examples of my sites for those interested, so you can get an idea of what I can already do.
