Thanks for taking me back to those september days, when they would make me get off my nike trainers with lights on the sole to get those stiff and ugly uniform shoes on. The leather would rub the back of my feet and, maybe because of that stupid religious school I went to for forteen years, that would make me thing of autoflagelation.

So now by choice, I find myself wearing leather shoes on for dinner, and I think, thanks somuch Prada, for taking me back to those days of uncounted taxis, paid bills and bleeding heels

Gracias por hacerme recordar aquellos dias de septiembre, cuando me hacian dejar a un lado mis nikes con luces en la suela para meterme en aquellos duros y feos zapatos de uniforme. Los bordes de piel me rozaban en el talon y, como estupido colegio religioso al que iba, me acercaban a la autoflagelacion.

Ahora por propia eleccion, me veo a mi mismo poniendome zapatos para cenar, y pienso, gracias Prada, por acercarme a aquellos dias de incontados taxis, facturas pagadas y sangre en los talones.

Already a month ago was London Fashion Week. That week of the month where, in not so far away from now, I hope to show. The thing is this season I thought London was the strongest of all the fashion weeks. So fresh, creative and young. We so are the winners... I have to say my favorites were Christopher Kane and Jonathan Saunders. 

And you are probably wondering why am I talking about fashion week if it feel so long ago. Last night I bumped into Jonathan Saunders and had the pleasure to congratulate him myself, after all the stress of fashion week and all the annoying people saying 'fabulous and gorgeous' ten time per sentence. Drives me insane I swear to God. Anyway, I remembered I had a video from the show (below) and though how amazing was the see-trough and the skirts and the whole silhouette.

I love getting inspiration from  womenswear designers to get my own looks in a more leather-goth-teenage-mouthbleeding version. That's my seetrough-skirt-silhouette idea, with a touch of  Vampire now that Halloween is around the corner...

Sólo estamos a 10 de Octubre y ya he llenado el cupo de favores por mes que hago a la gente. Soy un perdona-vidas a que sí. Que pena oye, con todos los pedidos que estoy recibiendo últimamente. Así que venga, empieza a hacer cola, que despues de Halloween, en el día de todos los santos, la lista vuelve a abrir y, quien sabe, quizás seas el primero. Hasta entonces, sólo te queda aguatarte, voy a ser una pequeña zorra, en McQueen, claro.

Parece que desde que Scott Schuman, (editor de The Sartorialist) y Yvan Rodic (editor de Facehunter) me sacaron en sus respectivos blogs llevando mi camiseta DIY, media parte de la blogosfera quiere una.

Y es que lo que empezó como un pasatiempos en una de esas tardes de lluvia y pelis se ha convertido en docenas de pedidos de todo el mundo, desde California a Tokyo y desde la cena Vogue que Anna Wintour organizó en Londres al famoso Ponystep de Shoreditch.

Seguro que la mayoría de vosotros sabeis que es lo que mas mueve mi mundo: chocolate, fiestas, gente interesante y, bueno, chaquetas de piel.

Fue en la semana de la moda de Londres en febrero cuando me enamoré de la colección de Jaiden rVa James. Los diseñadores Rasharn y Jaiden hacen piezas que llaman la atención de gente tan increible como Nicola Formichetti, Hedi Slimane, Anna Trevelyan, Lady Gaga... y la lista sigue. Simplemente echale un vistaz al último número de Vogue Hommes Japan y entendereis de que pasión estoy hablando.

Ahora nunca tengo suficientes vaqueros Dsquared2. Gracias a Dios Dean y Dan acaban de lanzar su tienda online así que no tienes excusa para no tener un trozo de ellos! Dean, Dan, nos vemos en Nueva York!
