We toss our witch-hats and beanies into the air as we jubilantly pronounce the successful launch of the Sea-shell iPhone speaker. We had seen and heard about it earlier on, when it was still a part of a Kickstarter initiative. Now, the shell speaker is being retailed by WAAM Industries. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience to enjoy the spiritual echoes and sounds in a sea-shell, thanks to the fine natural contours that cause the amplification. And it’s another altogether to have your precious iPhone connected to it, using all the natural acoustics you could amass to produce an interesting sight and clear sound. Natural resources such as wood have been used extensively in the past and there’s no denying that it can easily enable some pretty good sound.

The Conch Shell iPhone speaker amplifiers by WAAM Industries retail for $75. I understand that those of you living near the coast will be itching to try and build one yourself. However, looking closely at these beauties, you will notice that there is a fair amount of scraping and shaping that’s gone into it to make it accommodate the device.
