So, I nailed down the PDF problems with my book this weekend and got them all fixed I think. I also tweaked a few boo-boo's in the text. If you see anything else tell me, but as far as my eyes can tell, everything should be kosher. I'll just chalk it up as an errata after this point.
Some people said that their e-mails are still bouncing; if your e-mail to me has bounced, drop a comment on this entry please. I upped my e-mail quote from 25M to 400M so they shouldn't bounce, but you can never tell with these crazy ISPs...
With that said, I must return to singing rhapsodic dirges as I slave away over a hot Powerbook.
