- Many years ago Microsoft wrote in its How to Write a Help Manual guide, that people were 30% more efficient when they used Indexed words to find the help they needed. Well if you didn't already know, vb123.com has hundreds of indexed words that you can use to find help topics. The picture below shows that you first click on the Key then start typing the Word and then click on the Word you want. If there is more than one page on the site that has that key Word, a list will be selected as in the figure. For those of you that have tried this before, I recently cleaned out a lot of words the cluttered your choices. Hopefully that will make it work even better.
