American musician and actress Marla Lynne Sokoloff was born December 19, 1980 in San Francisco, California. The daughter of Howard Sokoloff and Cindi Sussman was best known for playing the part of Lucy Hatcher on the show "The Practice" and "Gia" on the ABC sitcom "Full House."
