this past weekend was a loooong weekend.

not because Friday was declared a holiday and we would have had a 3-day weekend…but because we had to work on both Friday AND Saturday. : (

coming in to work while the streets of Makati were empty was hard…it felt heavy in my heart to be wasting away the long weekend in the office instead of spending it exploring some mountain or on some beach.

anyway, good thing Coco helped me make the most out of what was left of my weekend by going to Insiang and Let’s Kick Some Brass with me.

this is when I realized that there are always many kinds of quality events such as these…plays, concerts, and musicals that sadly, not enough us (Filipinos) patronize. Some things to watch out for: SPIT seems to be hot lately and Avenue Q will have more shows in December!
