- I made what I thought was a delicious meal last night. It was from the cookbook The Delicate Palate by Michelle Eppich Hood, subtitled For those with egg, grain, and dairy allergies and for others who prefer healthy, delicious food. Michelle calls the dish Chicken Pesto Pasta with Artichokes (although the "pasta" is really spaghetti squash.) As some of you know, I can no longer eat gluten.
